Quality Policy

At Pt. Holi Mina Jaya, we emphasize on a stringent quality control programme during product handling process to ensure that harvested and processed seafood meet the trusted food safety and quality standards.

 

We leverage from high standards applied by our company by following strict rules and regulations of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) from Regulation of Marine Affairs and fishery of Indonesia. Our staff are also current and up-to-date to HACCP training standards.

 

Pt. Holi Mina Jaya has also achieved SKP (Good Manufacturing Practices) on par with international food safety system for its fish processing plant with a satisfactory grade A under the rigorous inspection from Department of Marine Affairs and Fishery. Moreover, we have also received the Certificate from MUI(Majelis Ulama Indonesia) indicating ”Halal”.


We also have our internal laboratory to closely monitor product quality and safety.
